Supporting Portishead Community Events with Tailored Event Services
North Somerset Environment Company (NSEC) is continuing to strengthen its role in community-orientated events across North Somerset, supporting local organisers with practical, flexible and environmentally responsible event services that can be scaled to suit each occasion.
At last weekend’s Portishead Colour Run, NSEC provided recycling and waste support to help ensure the event remained clean, well-managed and sustainable throughout the day. The service reflected the company’s focus on delivering the right level of support for each event, with provision tailored to the specific requirements of the Colour Run.
Looking ahead to the upcoming Portishead Carnival, NSEC will provide a fuller event services package, including recycling and waste provision, event cleansing and traffic management, delivered in partnership with Quantum Traffic Management. The broader offer reflects the more complex operational needs of a larger community event, where safety, access, cleanliness and waste management all need to work together seamlessly.
