Mobilisation of Highways Contract Complete

This isn’t just any mobilisation; it’s a North Somerset Environment Company Ltd (NSEC) mobilisation. A massive thank you and well done to every member of our fantastic team involved in the transformation of the depot, as well as those who conducted the training and engagement sessions throughout our induction day. These efforts have been instrumental in welcoming our new Highways colleagues into our team through our new contract working together with North Somerset Council.

Collaboration is the name of our game, and we’ve had our team, client, and transferring new colleagues all focused over the Easter weekend on ensuring readiness for our new Highways operation. This collective effort underscores our commitment to seamless integration and operational excellence, ensuring that every aspect of our service is prepared to meet the demands of our new responsibilities.

Not content with adding to our portfolio on March 1st, we’ve now expanded into Highways management with the commencement of our Reactive & Cyclical Maintenance Contract with North Somerset Council. This contract covers surface and drainage repairs, gully emptying, winter maintenance, 24/7 365 emergency response, signage installation, and line marking. Our expansion into this area marks a significant milestone, broadening our scope and reinforcing our dedication to serving the community effectively.

We are incredibly proud of our amazing team who consistently deliver quality and excellence with a smile on their faces. Whether it's the mobilisation of a new business area or our day-to-day activities, the hard work and work ethic of our team continue to shine through. It is this dedication and positive attitude that set us apart, ensuring that we meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and partners.

Congratulations to everyone on a job well done. This achievement is a testament to the power of teamwork and the collective effort of the NSEC family.
